Q: Who can sign the C form? Is the person responsible for managing the project be authorised to sign on behalf of the company?
Q: Should Form C for the Final Report cover the whole duration of the project or only the last reporting period? For example 2 year project, so for the Final report, should contractors fill Form C only for the last year or for both?
