Q: We are going to submit a proposal in a collaborative project in Fp7 and we would like to know more about the use of Lump Sum concerning International Co-operation Partner Countries (ICPC).
Q: Must the ICPC use the lump sum cost model? Can they choose another cost model or they have to use only lump sum?
