Under which conditions is it possible to claim students, working in RDT Projects, under eligible costs?

If they are working and receive a salary or grant based on their work, keep time records and payment of their salary/grant is dependent on outside funding (i.e. only receive if EU or someone else pays, not from general budget), then their costs should be eligible (personnel) costs.
