01/12/2006 - European Parliament approves Seventh Framework Program amendments.

The new text still requires formal approval by the Competitiveness Council. This approval is expected at its next meeting on 4 and 5 December. Once it is approved, then we will be issuing a Financial Bulletin that explains the latest situation from the Financial Rules Perspective.
