Q: | The company I represent is currently involved in a FP6 project which will end 30 September. One of the resources working on the project was specifically hired for the project and is leaving the company in October. This resource, asked us if it’s possible to sell him the laptop we bought for him to use. Can we sell him the laptop, or do we have to keep all the equipment we bought for a given period of time? |
