Q:

In FP6 projects do staff personnel working on a project but not charged on it, have to keep time sheets for the work performed?

A:

Presumably the question relates to an organisation reporting using AC cost model. Staff who work on the project and whose salaries cannot be claimed in the form C, are not obligated to keep full time records for audit etc. However their time and work should be periodically reported in the activity reports, and some form of time records need to be kept to provide this information.
