The Finance Helpdesk will be holding an open 1 day FP7 Financial Workshop on 29 May 2012, in London-Heathrow, UK.
`Just because you have read the Highway Code doesn’t mean you can drive’
Financial regulations are, necessarily, long and written in financial or legal jargon which requires interpretation on how to apply them. The Finance Helpdesk focuses on correct Compliance to current FP7 financial reporting guidelines and other financial instruments. In addition the Finance Helpdesk will explain the latest position on Horizon2020 and the financial implications to your organisation.
‘Our aim is to ensure that not only is the correct amount budgeted for you, but that it can also be eventually correctly realised.’
The workshop will be aimed at project managers, as well as finance and administrative staff. It is particularly relevant to anyone who wants to understand the FP7 Financial Rules and how to report correctly as applied to the Cooperation Theme.
The Workshop Topics include:
· Horizon 2020 vs FP7
· FP7 Financial Rules
· Subcontracting and third parties
· Budgeting Rules
· Cost Recording
· Calculating Personnel Costs / man month rates
