Problem:
There are major differences in the Marie Curie rules within the annual workprograms. This includes changes to the Grant Agreement, the cost categories and rules regarding eligible costs. It is of the utmost importance that personnel dealing with FP7 Marie Curie contracts across a number of different years are aware of the differences in implementation of rules and regulations between Grant Agreements and also in the interpretation of rules regarding eligible costs e.g. personnel, equipment, consumables, conferences, management, overheads etc.
Solution:
The Finance Helpdesk will be holding an open 2 day Marie Curie Workshop on 20 & 21 Feb 2012, in London, UK. There will be a special emphasis with respect to the current calls for proposals.
The Workshop will include specially prepared materials including: presentations, exercises and workbooks with illustrated examples. The workshop is relevant to anyone who wants to understand the Marie Curie Financial Rules and how to report correctly.
