We are preparing Large-scale integrating project. In order to calculate Indirect cost, does the method of specific flat rate of 60% of direct cost apply for non-profit public bodies, secondary and higher education establishments, research organizations and SMEs?

You have to be careful not to impose overhead rates onto the partners. The method of overheads that they use is according to their abilities. It is not unilateral.

As a coordinator, you have to ask your partners what overhead method and rate they use.
