The Commission has published an updated version of FP7 Negotiation Guidance Notes dated 27/01/2009.

The Guidance Notes are for FP7 Collaborative Projects, Networks of Excellence, Coordination and Support Actions, Research for the benefit of Specific Groups (in particular SMEs)
