All manrates in FP7 are calculated the same way. You take the total cost for the employee, including the basic salary, social benefits, all kinds of taxes that the employer has to pay, all kind of supplements to the salary that has a routine basis etc.

In order to calculate the hourly rate you should divide the total cost with the number of hours according to the teacher’s obligation to work per month.
